会务: 本校友会是经美国加州, 美国联邦批准的501 (C)非盈利团体。 不定期举办各种活动, 并参与社区活动，增进校友们的情感，加强校友与母校的联络，提升校友对母校和社区的回馈和报效。经费来自于捐款和募款。T
East China Normal University Alumni Association in Northern California (ECNUAA N CA)
ECNUAA N CA is an independent, non-profit 501 ( C )(3) organization in USA. From time to time, the Alumni Association organizes various educational & charitable activities, and also participates in different communities’ events. The association connects with its alumni, who graduated from their alma mater (East China Normal University) & live or work or study either in US or China, to unity together for not only enhancing personal life & work but also supporting local communities. The association’s activities are fund by donations & fundraising.

ECNUAA N CA 是一个独立的注册在美国加州的501 （C） (3) 非盈利组织。此校友会主要是组织和从事教育和慈善方面的各种公益活动, 并也参与在北加州社区的不同共公事件。校友会的校友皆毕业于他们的母校（华东师范大学），或生活，或工作，或学习既有在美国的，也有在中国的。校友会与它的校友们团结在一起不仅为提高个人生活与工作而努力，而且还支持和帮助当地社区的共公需要。该协会活动的基金是来源于捐款及筹款。
